BUNHEX moves fast. Your order may take a little longer to leave the den.

Due to an influx of orders, please allow 6–12 days for order processing before your order enters transit.

Once dispatched, estimated carrier transit time is approximately 1–2 business days, depending on destination and carrier conditions.

Processing Time

Orders are generally processed within 6–12 days.

Processing includes preparing your BUN, checking your order, and getting it ready for dispatch.

During periods of exceptionally high demand, processing may take longer. If there is a significant delay beyond the timeframe communicated at checkout, we will provide an update.

Transit Time

After your order has been dispatched, carrier transit is generally estimated at 1–2 business days.

Transit times are estimates rather than guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, customs, holidays, incorrect addresses, and circumstances outside BUNHEX's control may affect delivery.

Order Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information when available.

Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after your package enters the carrier network.

Incorrect Addresses

Please carefully review your shipping information before completing your purchase.

If an order has already shipped to an address entered incorrectly by the customer, BUNHEX may be unable to redirect or recover the package.

International Orders

International orders may be subject to customs procedures, duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Any applicable customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier.
